They also had us inspect all of the fit and finish to ensure that everything was good and when it wasn't they scheduled someone to correct it. Since moving in they have been good to deal with correcting minor issues that have come up. They have stood behind craftsmanship even after we took possession. We purchased a North Prairie house in August. This was the one house we looked at where we didn't want to change anything about the layout, colors or finishes. North Prairie fixed all of the deficiencies before our possession date and responded promptly to correct items after our 60 day walk-thru.
One year later and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We would recommend North Prairie to anyone and will absolutely go with North Prairie in the future. My whole experience with North Prairie has been very positive. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly and I have really enjoyed working with the team. They go out of their way to ensure they have satisfied their customers.
