However, they should stick to their core business of building homes and steer clear of the rental market for homes they've built that remain unsold. It is in this line of business it is clear their one and only objective is their bottom line rather that the values they proclaim on their website . They are uncompromising, lack understanding and are devoid of any level of customer service. It is clear their only value is financial gain. And then will take you to court for thousands of dollars after leaving you with no other options, even if a new renter is secured.

Every good review on here is because north prairie pays people in gift cards to write good reviews because the truth is is that they make bad houses. I live in a condo built by them that is poorly made and not holding up after five years. It’s so bad that no one will list it too sell because it’s built by North prairie and won’t sell because of the bad quality. Stay away and buy from someone that actually cares and makes good quality places that stay together longer then five years.

They take of care of minute things very carefully. The layout is very nice and utilizes the space efficiently. Never thought that building a house can be such a great experience.

The service staff and maintenance are on top of everything with fast snow removal and repairs if needed.
